Jazz on the Plaza Kicks Off With The Maniacs of the 4th Dimension!

On Thursday, July  10,  2025, the public sunken plaza outside of Saint Peter’s Church buzzed with excitement as The Maniacs of the 4th Dimension delivered an electrifying set during the Jazz on the Plaza series. Presented by the Arts and Architecture Conservancy, in partnership with the Grand Central Partnership and Boston Properties, this free lunchtime concert transformed Midtown into a lively jazz venue.

The group—featuring Davis Whitfield (piano), Ben Solomon (tenor saxophone), Adam Arruda (drums), and Conway Campbell (bass)—brought explosive energy and exquisite artistry under a summer sky. The plaza was packed with music lovers and curious passerby’s alike!
