On October 1st, Archtober featured Nevelson Chapel as part of their building of the day tours. Groups of people came to Saint Peter’s Church to learn about the chapel and its significance to the bustling city that is New York.

In 2024, working with the Historical Landmarks Preservation Center, two cultural medallions were installed at Saint Peter’s honoring Louise Nevelson and Lella and Massimo Vignelli.

We celebrated what would have been Louise Nevelson’s 125th birthday at Nevelson Chapel, the only remaining, permanent, fully-intact sculptural environment by the artist.
